To honor the uniqueness and complexity of each person, the program is offered in three tiers—low, medium, and high complexity. Each tier includes a different combination of elements based on your goals, health history, and the depth of care you need. Your care team will help you determine which tier is the best fit, ensuring you receive the right level of guidance, testing, and support for your journey.

Element Nine™ is offered as a self-pay program to allow flexibility, time, and personalization, which means your care is never limited by insurance restrictions, pre‑authorization hurdles, or narrow coverage rules. This allows your provider to recommend the testing, treatments, and level of support that are truly appropriate for you—not just what an insurance plan will approve. Every step of your care is guided by clinical need, personalization, and your long‑term wellbeing, rather than administrative constraints.
*Element Nine is not covered by any Insurance plan including Medicare. All its components are available as Self-pay only and no superbill or CPT codes will be provided for reimbursement. Patients can choose from financing options through CareCredit that feature no interest, or monthly payments for up to 4 months through AfterPay (coming soon)
