Angel Rivers, Nurse Practitioner at Eastwest Integrated Care

Angel Rivers, FNP

Primary Care Provider

Angel Rivers is a board-certified nurse practitioner in psychiatry and family medicine licensed in Arizona. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from the South University of Novi, Michigan. After graduating, her work experience illustrated the gap between medical and psychiatric care, and how the mind/body connection is often ignored. These gaps in care encouraged Angel to pursue a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner certificate at the Maryville University of Saint Louis, Missouri so she could develop a practice that integrates physical and mental health for most effective treatment.

Angel believes that being emotionally sound is just as important as maintaining your best physical health and can help you work towards achieving both. Her practice is patient-focused; she listens to your concerns and works with you to create a personalized treatment plan that suits your needs.

In her words “I am happy to present to you a judgement free zone, and transparent approach to primary care and emotional wellness. Let’s work together on your goals and improve your well-being!”
